Building Power, One Rep At A Time - Villaflor

STEFANO VILLAFLOR
Mind and Body, two different things yet interconnected with each other-If someone were to ask, Why do I try so hard? Well. I am someone who believes in the power of discipline, hard work, and pushing my physical limits to the max.
But in a deeper meaning, I was bullied. I was not ashamed or become depressed of it, it became a MOTIVATION for me to change knowing other people find my physical structure as a weakness for me to find solution to.
Like Socrates have said "It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable" what started as a simple "gym" hobby turned into a passion for achieving the greater good and the future of my fitness.
Over the years, I have learned that my progress is not all about lifting weights-it is about persistence, mindset, and embracing the change. Yes it was hard at first but when you get used to it, its "fun". The FUN where you put your work in with all your ambition knowing what you strive in the future. first but when you get used to it, its fun.
